01

Inquiries and accounts

No. You can submit an inquiry as a guest. A customer account is useful if you want to keep inquiries together, reuse saved contact details and follow their status after signing in.

No. Submitting the cart sends your product requirement to Maimun for review. It does not collect payment, reserve stock automatically or dispatch products.

Maimun reviews the products, quantities, destination and notes you provided. The team then contacts you to confirm availability, final pricing, pack details and fulfilment.

Open My Inquiries and enter the inquiry number together with the email address or phone number used during submission. Registered customers can sign in to view inquiries attached to their account.

Contact Maimun as soon as possible and quote the inquiry number. The team can confirm whether products, quantities or fulfilment information can still be changed.

02

Products and quotations

Catalogue prices or estimates, where shown, are a guide unless Maimun confirms otherwise. Final pricing can depend on product, pack, quantity, customer type, tax treatment, availability and fulfilment.

Yes. Add the relevant products and quantities, then explain the expected volume, frequency, packaging or business requirement in the notes. Maimun will review the most practical arrangement.

Not necessarily. Catalogue visibility helps product discovery, while current availability and the requested quantity are confirmed by the Maimun team.

Yes. Use the inquiry notes or Contact page to explain the intended application. The team can share available product information, but you remain responsible for checking suitability and following the applicable label or specification.

Ask the team and name the product and document required. Availability of specifications, safety information, certificates or other documents depends on the product and supply context.

03

Delivery and collection

The inquiry form places East African countries first and includes other countries below. After choosing a country, provide the city, county or town and a clear delivery location. Maimun confirms whether the requested fulfilment is available.

Delivery prices are not calculated on the website. Any applicable cost is confirmed directly after Maimun reviews the destination, products, quantities and practical delivery method.

Timing is confirmed for each requirement. It can depend on availability, preparation, destination, quantity, carrier schedules and access information.

Yes, where collection is available. Select pickup or collection during the inquiry and wait for Maimun to confirm when and where the products will be ready.

Provide a working phone number, accurate country and city or county, the full location and a useful landmark. Include receiving hours or access restrictions in the notes.

04

Returns and support

Keep the product and packaging, take clear photographs where relevant, and contact Maimun promptly with the inquiry number, affected product, quantity and a description of the issue.

Opened, used, altered, contaminated or improperly stored products may not be suitable for return because of food and ingredient safety requirements. Maimun will still review a suspected defect, quality concern or supply error and confirm the applicable remedy.

No. Contact the team first and wait for return, inspection or collection instructions so the product can be identified and handled correctly.

Use the Contact page and quote the inquiry number whenever your question relates to a submitted requirement. The current phone number and email address are listed on the Contact page.
