Delivery made clear.
Choose your country and city when submitting an inquiry. Maimun then confirms availability, timing, delivery or collection arrangements and any applicable fulfilment cost directly with you.
An inquiry comes before fulfilment
Submitting products through the website sends a supply inquiry to Maimun. It is not an automatic dispatch instruction and no online payment is collected.
A delivery or collection arrangement begins only after the team has reviewed the requested products and confirmed the next steps with you.
Destination and access information
For delivery inquiries, provide an accurate country, city or county, street address and a useful landmark. A working phone number is required so the team or delivery provider can clarify access and coordinate handover.
- Tell Maimun about restricted access, receiving hours or special delivery instructions.
- Check that the named recipient and phone number will be available at handover.
- Notify the team promptly if the destination changes after confirmation.
Availability, packing and handling
Before fulfilment is agreed, Maimun may confirm stock availability, pack sizes, requested quantities, handling needs and whether the products can travel safely through the proposed delivery method.
Some products or larger business requirements may need additional preparation or a different transport arrangement.
Timing and delivery cost
Delivery timing and any applicable cost are confirmed directly by Maimun. They may depend on the destination, quantity, product type, packing requirements, carrier availability and the time at which the inquiry is confirmed.
Any timing discussed before confirmation is an estimate rather than a guarantee. The team will communicate material changes that become known.
Pickup and collection
If you choose pickup or collection, Maimun will confirm when and where the products will be ready. Please wait for that confirmation before travelling.
The person collecting may be asked for the inquiry reference and identifying details linked to the confirmed request.
Receiving and inspecting products
Where practical, inspect the outer packaging and product count at handover. If anything appears damaged, missing or different from the confirmed supply, record the issue and contact Maimun as soon as reasonably possible.
Photographs, the inquiry reference and details of the affected product can help the team review the matter efficiently.
Delays and third-party delivery providers
Traffic, weather, access restrictions, carrier disruption and other circumstances outside reasonable control can affect fulfilment. If a third-party carrier is used, its operational requirements may also apply.
Maimun will make reasonable efforts to communicate and resolve fulfilment issues, but arrangements may need to be rescheduled where safe or practical delivery is not possible.
Bulk and repeat supply
Larger, recurring or multi-location requirements may need a dedicated delivery schedule, staged fulfilment or collection plan. Include the expected quantities and timing in your inquiry so the team can discuss an appropriate arrangement.
